  • Do I need a reservation to get in?

    Even without a reservation, we can seat you if there are open tables.

  • Can I reserve a seat?

    We may accommodate your request based on availability; however, please note that we may not be able to meet your request.

  • Do you have private rooms?

    We do not have private rooms available.

  • We’d like to book your restaurant for a celebratory event. Can you make the necessary arrangements?

    We can prepare cakes if you place your order at least three days in advance, and anniversary plates if you order by noon on the day of your reservation date.
    Prices are as follows: A size 4 whole cake is \4,620, and an anniversary plate is an additional \660 on top of the course price. (Both prices include tax and service charge.)
    We can also arrange a bouquet if you place your order at least five days in advance of your reservation date. Prices start at \3,000 (tax and service charge included), and we will prepare a bouquet to suit your budget.
    *Please note that we cannot offer this service on certain dates, such as the year-end and New Year holidays and the Golden Week period. Please contact us for details.

  • Can we bring in our own food and drinks, such as wine and cake?

    We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing outside food or drinks, such as wine or cake.

  • Do you offer an all-you-can-drink plan?

    We do not. Please select something from the drink menu.

  • Do you have an à la carte menu?

    We do not. Please choose from the three set menus.

  • Do you have a children's menu?

    We can accommodate your request if you order at least one day before your reservation.

  • Can we just come for coffee, or order drinks only?

    We apologize, but we cannot accommodate coffee-only or drink-only visits.

  • Can we share the course menu?

    We apologize, but we ask that each guest orders one course menu.

  • Our approach to allergy concerns

    We will do our best to accommodate your requests, such as by substituting with other ingredients. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • Our policy regarding children

    Children's chairs are available. However, please note that these are limited in number.

  • Is there a dress code?

    There is no particular dress code. However, we do not permit hotel guests to dine in the restaurant while wearing nightwear or slippers.

  • Is it possible to enter the restaurant in a wheelchair?

    We can accommodate wheelchair users. While some areas have steps, our staff will assist.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    All seating areas are non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking area.

  • What cashless payment methods are accepted?

    We accept various credit cards, including Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.
    We accept WAON and iD for electronic payments, and for QR code payments, you can use PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d-barai, au PAY, Merpay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay, among others.

    *Transportation-related electronic money is not accepted.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

    We charge 100% of the standard rate for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • Is there a discount for hotel guests?

    Present your room key to receive a 10% discount (maximum discount of \10,000).

    Please note that this discount applies only to reservations made through our official website.

    Also, this offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.

  • What is the nearest station to your restaurant?

    It is approximately an 8-minute walk from the South Exit of JR Shinjuku Station, or approximately a 5-minute walk from Exit A3 or A4 of Tochomae Station on the Toei Oedo Line.

  • Is there parking available?

    The following parking fees apply to both hotel guests and restaurant customers, depending on the time of day.

    Parking fee:\330 per 30 minutes / Maximum daily rate: \2,000

    We do not offer parking discounts for hotel stays or restaurant visits.

  • Are there any discounts on parking fees?

    There are no discounts on parking fees.

  • Can I reserve a parking space?

    Parking reservations are not available.

To Guests with Food Allergies

The hotel takes great care to ensure that our guests with food allergies can enjoy meals at restaurants with family and friends. However, we would like to bring the following points to your attention.

Considerations

  1. The 8 specified raw ingredients (shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts) used are checked based on information provided by the producers.
  2. Meals are prepared in the same kitchen with other menu options. Traces of allergic substances may enter your food in the process of handling or cooking food.
  3. The menu items listed are not guaranteed to be allergen free.

    Please consider the above when making your final judgment.
